1. Which altered portrait was the hardest to create? Why? Explain.
The hardest potrait to create was the crack face because you have to make sure the cracks look good on the person and make sure it blends in well.

2. Which altered portrait was the easiest to create? Why? Explain.
The easiest to create was the blue and white image because all you do is mess with the colors until it turns blue, then from there you use your burn and dodge tool to make dark spots and light spots on the picture.

3. What does "Altered Portrait" mean to a viewer vs a photographer? Explain.
To a viewer, Altered Potrait looks like a picture with a little something different and quiet interesting since it isn't just a picture with no effect or filter, it has more to it. For a photographer they view it as something that takes time and effort in order for it to come out good and it is also something that you need to be patient with.

4. Out of the 7 altered portraits which one will you likely create again? Why? Explain.
Out of the seven i think i'd probably create the blue and white image again because i like how it looks once you take your time editing it.

5. What is the historical significant behind one of the altered portrait techniques you learned? Explain.
One of the significants for one of the images is the overlay, the thing you do is add an image on top of another then change th opacity depending on how faded you want it to look.

6. Why is it important for you to learn how to alter portraits? Explain.
It's important to know how to alter otraits because in order to be able to make images look different you need to learm the different types of ways there is to change things around and make the image more interesting.

7. Should all portraits be altered? Why or Why not? Explain.
No, i don't think all potraits need to be altered. There are some pictures that come out fine when nothing is added to them, it just depends on the lighting and main things like that, that will depend on weather or not the image should be altered or not.

8. By altering an portrait, what does it allow you to do to the portrait? Explain.
It allows you to change the color of the image, add more than one picture,crop, cut out, mostly potraits where you can edit a picture of someone either being the person itself and the background.

1. What is your image of? Explain.
My image is about what looks to be like the sun is being held up.

2. How does this image use force perspective? Explain.
This image uses force perspective to make it look like the sun is being held buy a group member when it really isn't it just seems like it is.

3. How did you create this image? Explain
I created this image by having one of my group members be at a certain distance, to where I thought that the sun was going to look like it was being held up. I also had to lay on the ground in order to get the right angle in order for the picture the picture to come out the way it looks like.

4. What was hard about creating this force perspective image? Explain.
The hard thing to do for this image was to get a good angle because you weren't sure if wether or not this picture would come out good since the sun was pretty bright.

I think it all helped by getting the image look like the way it does in order to get the image to look the way it does and have it look like its forced perspective.

My image is of what seems to be a hand reaching for the sun and trying to grab it.

This image uses force perspective by making something seem like it is happening when it really isn't.

I held my hand out to where it seemed like i was grabbing the sun then took the picture.

The thing that was hard was that the sun was too bright so it was hard to know if you had your hand in the right place.

This all affected the image so everything in the image would come out nice and clear to see.

My image looks to be like someone is leaning on the truck on the picture.

The image uses forced perspective by making something look like a group member is actually leaning on the truck that is in the background.

i had a group member stand at a certain distance, including myself in order to make it seem like she was leaning or reaching for the truck that is on this image.

The hard thing was getting the right distance because in order for its to come out as it did we had to make sure we were at a good amount of distance.

This image is about what seems to be that someone is trying to grab a trash can.

The image uses force perspective by making it look like something that in reality isn't small and can't be picked up with one hand make it look like it is actually happening.

The way this image was created was by having a person go at a far distance and having them reach their hand out to where it looks like the trash can is going to be picked up.

The hard thing with working with these kind of images is that you have to know what will be the right distance and make sure you are not too close nor too far so that the subject won't come out blurry.

The line of sight, depth of field, and distance help the image a lot by getting a clear image. Also getting the right distance to where one thing looks bigger or smaller than the other.
